Shipping policy

TURNAROUND TIME

We ensure all orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 7 pm EST.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

To deliver your orders promptly and securely, we use the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • FedEx

ORDER TRACKING

Whenever possible, we provide tracking numbers for our shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please note that some shipments using USPS 1st Class mail may need tracking numbers.  

SHIPPING RATES 

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. You will have the opportunity to review the shipping charges before finalizing your purchase.
